SECOND FLOOR — Accessible through a travertine staircase; four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It is possible to add a single bed in each of the rooms. Park:
The villa is surrounded by about 6,500 square meters of fenced garden, distributed on different levels. The area in front of the house is paved with stone and lawn, with a shaded dining area covered by a large porch, wooden tables, umbrellas, barbecue and vases with flowers. Steps lead to a lower level planted with olive trees, shrubs and lawn, connected by stone paths. This area offers additional space for outdoor relaxation surrounded by greenery. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 70 m from the villa and is completely fenced. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a maximum depth of 2.50 m; access to the water is via steps. The surrounding solarium is paved with travertine and furnished with sun loungers, tables, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The surrounding solarium area is paved in porphyry slabs and equipped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
