The night section on the ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a second bathroom with shower. The upper floor features 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 singles upon request, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 75 days prior to the arrival date. House rules are in place and penalties may be applied in the event of non-compliance.
